Ok, well those Jegster bolt in frame ties went in great, hardest part was getting the bolts in. I may get it welded on at a later date, to just make sure it stay's there.

Now.....when I drive and hit a bump, I hear a clunk like somethings loose. I have checked to make sure neither control arm is moving and it is not. I have also re-checked and re-loosened, re-tightened the arms and I still have that loose sound. Now if anyone can help me figure out why they are like this I would be greatly interested.

I tightend them down while the car was jacked up by the frame. I figured that pre-loaded the bushings which was wrong. I then dropped the car down, loosened them back up, re-tried tightening them and no luck. I am very lost.

Please let me know what to do or try, or better yet, how to put them on correctly? It is only the front bolts on the LCA's that I loosened.

Thanks,
Chris

LCA bolts & nuts improperly torqued. Too loose and they rattle... too tight and they pop (or clunk). ;)

Retorque them (nuts and bolts) between 60-70 ft/lbs with the car level on the ground (not jacked up).
