Sunday at the Track

Well, hooked pretty good and ran good considering I have recently had to go back to my stock 3.08's :( long story if you don't know it. Anyway first run was crappy had a 2.32 60' 9.951 1/8 and 14.983@89 1/4 :( figured I would have hooked better with the higher gear but go figure tongue.gif Second run, 2.29 60' 9.930 1/8 14.981@90 1/4 :( had about 5 runs in between and on my next to last run they had just sprayed in front of me it was getting dark and a whole lot cooler, 2.20 60' 9.881 1/8(new best) 14.931@90 1/4 :( If I could get the dang thing to hook better I know I could run 14.7's it is there I just need to get it to the ground :D I am ordering my Draglight wheels this week and hopefully have my nitto's by AIS, already have the skinnies graemlins/thumbsup.gif

9.880 in the 1/8? How fast is your trap speed?

Those are very nice times redbird for 1/4 mile - your car is nothing to laugh at!

Those are very impressive times for that kind of 60'.. I think you can see 14.7 also... As you know, its critical to hook the car.

My 1/8 trap speed on the 9.88 was 70. Still can't believe I ran 14.93 though, figured going back to the stock 3.08's would slow me alot, go figure that one :D My MPH was down from 92 to 90 so that showed but I am happy for now.

Nitto's and draglights are ordered ;) Just ordered them today, buddy of mine works at S&S tire and got me a great deal, plus I got my income tax's back today :D
