Im having problems need help ASAP

Well the other night on the way home it all of a sudden felt like 100 hp and 100 tq were missing and my exshguast tone had changed so i baby it home and when i get home i pop the hood and from the top of the rksport headers all the way to collector was a bright glowing red cause they were so hot. The were bright enghough that at night i could see the whole engine bay.

SO i figure probably a colloged cat so i order on and i go to the shop today and they cut out my old one and i look at it and i can still see the light of day through it. i went ahead and had the cat welded in since i had it and the old one was off. I need help as to why my car would do such a thing.

Car was tuned with maft+ 2% lean at WOT and 4 degrees advanced timing. Have not ordered Autotap yet but im waiting on the GP that is in the for sale section.

Have you driven it with the new cat in it yet?? your next look would be in the muffler.

The flowmaster has been on for 30000 miles or so and i have driven it with the new cat but not for more than 5-10 mins. i plan on getting a new muffler but i want to make sure that nothin is going to go wrong cause i am wanting to spray the car very soon.

with the headers getting extremely hot could the O2 sensors maybe be bad or what not.
