I'm just going to pass on an experience I had with them.
THEY SUCK, don't even waste your time going in the store.
One day I go into the store to order a chip. I was already prepared to pay their hi prices but couldnt find any on the internet that took paypal (none were on ebay). So I go in and they said they could get me one by Thursday (it was Saturday) so I'm like, alright. If they can get it here by thursday I'll be willing to pay the price.
Well, Thursday rolls arounds.... NO CHIP, Friday comes.... NO CHIP.... Saturday, NOPE STILL NO CHIP. I Give them a call and they don't even know where the chip is at and tell me to call them back...
I call them back monday and they still didnt know what was up with it. They called me back later that day and said the manufactuer had shipped it out. So i'm like, ok what ever.
The Thursday after it was suppose to be in, I call them back and they tell me they havent seen it. Next day comes, they tell me they got it and shipped it and I should have it by Satuday.
Ok, DURR, saturday comes... NO CHIP... Monday comes... NO CHIP. By this time I'd had it with their BS and not to mention everytime I called it was like I was a hastle to them... (Its your .... job, deal with it).
I get on the phone with them and the guy was kind of a smart ***, and after telling me to wait on it to get there (after they told me friday it would be there by saturday), I asked him if I could just return it so I could buy it somewhere else and he just told me I couldnt return it (although it said I could on receipt) I finally just asked him where the F my chip was and instead of remaining professional about it he starts talking Sh** to me telling me to talk to his face and see what happens. He told me to come up there and "talk it". It was 5:20 (hour drive to Tulsa) and I told him to wait. I get there at about 6:30 and no one is there, a real bad *** huh....
The place is a F-ing joke run by a bunch of losers. Just giving you guys a forwarning about it so you dont get screwed like I did. I personally hate the store. If I was about to piss my pants and had the choice of going in there or just wetting my pants I'd just go down my leg instead of setting foot in there again.
I finally got my chip last Tuesday.... A couple weeks after it was suppose to be here
