!!!!! camaro is down

I was installing a new thermostate and guess what....one of the bolts broke while I was installing it back on. My friends dad tried using a easy out, but then that broke in there also. So now the camaro is at a mechanics waiting to see if he can bore the little hole out and retap it, if not he will have to locate another manifold.

boring and tapping is no problem. i wouldnt worry about it too much

well I got it back today and I had to get a new intake, it cost $490. stupid thermostat graemlins/rant.gif

$5 for the parts intake and everything, and the labor? :confused: i doubt it but if you could then everyone needs to get it done there

my shop charges 5 bucks for me to bring things in plus parts and we have the tool so yeah.....5 bucks :(

wow if you can get parts for only 5 bucks then get me some headers :D matter of fact ill throw down $100 and just redo my engine lol
