I would have agreed with that if us car people could still meet up there. i am afraid nobody can hang out up there anymore, somone got into a fight and ended with somone getting knifed. needless to say they don't allow it at Streets anymore. Perhaps somewhere else?

Well there is Byron Dragway out in Byron, IL. Thats about an hours drive for me, west of zip code 60175. And there is one up north of me as well i belive its great lakes dragway i think, never been there though.

This is Byrons april Schedule, i would like to see if we cant get a group toghether for a few of the first test and tune days of the season. I would be happy to be the one to try and coordinate things.

I have never been there myself, but i have heard people say that the track prep leaves somthing to be desired. again thats just what i have heard.

Thats funny cause Byron is the complete opposite, I have a buddy that has a turbo'ed '92 notch that runs mid tens and all he has is a helmet and a driveshaft saftey loop. They let him run all day.
