I may have bad news for you. I needed one about a year ago on my 96 Firebird V6. According to the mechanic who was installing my new clutch, the only way it comes is attached to the master cylinder and my car sat in the shop for 5 days because it had to come from.... Detroit! Plus I think it added about $300 to the bill!

well i did do some research on it and the price on that went down they are about 165 dollars with the clutch master it sucks i can't get the line by it's self. they told me it would come from detroit too. i thought it would be a ac delco part number so i got the master cylinder from them but no luck with the line just came with the one that goes to the fill jug. i might just have to order that one from the dealer was in hope that someone was parting on out here but maybe not :(

the about 300 probably included some extra labor I suppose. And that price is what I remember. Remembering is a function that's not as good as it was some years ago!

$268. And maybe a half hour to put it in? The transmission was still on the bench. There's the $300. Maybe my memory isn't so bad after all.
