  • Water pump and Alternator aluminum pulleys

I have a couple extra pulleys after making some for my cars.
They are 6061 T6, CNC made in the USA.

    Alternator saves you 128 grams

Water pump saves 340 grams and is a 8.5% underdrive.

    Just the alternator $25 shipped.

Just the water pump $75 shipped.

    Both $90 shipped.

I also have one ribbed idler. It saves 175 grams, and comes with a bearing. $25 shipped

    All three for $110 shipped.

I'm touring to Asia for a couple of weeks and then back again by Nov., I would be interested in getting them. I was wondering though if you could make me a ribbed Water Pump pulley. I'm willing to pay extra.

Do you want it to be an underdrive or stock?

It shouldn't be too hard, though getting the ribs inline may be tricky. I will let you know.

Underdrive? Not sure what you mean by that one, but stock size with ribs.

Watazz and I have a supercharger in our V6 that's running on a double ribbed belt. Every time we start our car we always hear that slip from our stock WP pulley.

Thanks, I'll be interested in your other pulleys too.

Okay, I'll probably be able to whip something up in mid November.

If anyone is worried about overheating with the water pump being underdriven; I took my car to the Daytona Rolex course this past weekend and never saw temps over 207F.

I only have one smooth idler, and it is a slightly different design than the one in the pics. It would be $20 more to get it with the other three.

Haven't had any time to work on them recently. I'm still getting caught up from taking time off to go to Daytona and race two weeks ago.
